We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative occupational therapist to join our therapy team to help provide a high standard service by assessing, planning and delivering individual treatment programmes.

Successful applicants must be HCPC registered with an interest in complex neuro-disability management and neuro-rehabilitation. Knowledge of managing patients with a disorder of consciousness and complex neuro-disability is essential. Basic knowledge in cognitive assessments, sensory/assistive technology, ADL training, spasticity management, 24-hour posture management, splinting and experience with ventilated patients and tracheostomies is desirable.

You will have the opportunity to continue your professional development and have access to expert clinical supervisors i.e. expert academics and clinicians. In addition to in-house supervision you will also have opportunities to take part in research and service development activities in collaboration with other centres of excellence/universities.

The salary will be band 6/7 range and will be dependent on experience.
