North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust's wheelchair service are looking for people who are interested in being part of a new wheelchair user group.

The group will be supported by the trust and will have representatives on it from the wheelchair service team.

The aim of the user group is to give wheelchair users a voice to help improve wheelchair services and provide any feedback.

The Wheelchair Leadership Alliance, set up last year and chaired by Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, recommends that all NHS organisations should have a wheelchair user group.
